I believe there is a lot of great bbq, but attention to the sides sometimes sets places apart. The shells and cheese was truly spectacular. Also thought the pickles were excellent. And while the meat is perfect on its own, the vinegar, and two bbq sauces, in different proportions kept unraveling different flavors. Really enjoyed the experience.

I was honestly surprised at how much I liked this! Their turkey, the brisket, the sweet sauce and the spicy sauce, definitely the shells and cheese were creamy and cheesy. Honestly honestly, they have the best Frito pie I've had ever in Austin!! , and the only complaint I have is how loose the sausages are they're not packed very well, so they kind of fall apart the minute you cut them

Had my first La Barbecue experience today and although they were out of a bunch of items like sausages and brisket I still enjoyed my dinner! I had pork ribs, chili and sides. Very friendly staff and chill seating arraignment. Highly recommend, definitely one of the best BBQ spots in Austin
